women’s rights house is a gyumri based organization supporting women and girls through legal help, psychological support, safe housing, and advocacy. their impact is strong, but the website didn’t show it. it felt heavy, confusing, and hard to navigate. important information wasn’t easy to find. the goal was to make everything clear and build a website that truly helps people.

the challenge:

the website had no clear structure. users couldn’t quickly find important services, especially in urgent cases. the content felt overloaded and unorganized. the design didn’t reflect their credibility. there was also no bilingual option, which made access more limited. the site needed to become simple, clear, and reliable.
